Dissolve-se o pacote de gelatina em água quente.&lt;br /&gt;2. Esmagar o ananás com um garfo (guarda-se o sumo do ananás).&lt;br /&gt;3. Bate-se o leite condensado com as natas.&lt;br /&gt;4. Junta-se o ananás esmagado.&lt;br /&gt;5. Junta-se a gelatina ao preparado anterior e o sumo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc9933;"&gt;6. Vai a congelar para solidificar em forma de buraco. Fui cuscar as rainhasdolar.com, como a trixny falou e gostei bastante, prinicipalmente da receita de sushi de pão, é demais.. por isso aqui vai:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;Primeiro eu tirei as casquinhas do pão de forma (usei o integral, por isso ele ficou mais escurinho). Daí com a ajuda do rolo de macarrão, afinei as fatias até que elas ficassem numa espessura boa para enrolar e passei uma fina camada de requeijão light.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;Para o recheio eu usei pepino japonês, queijo gouda e peito de peru defumado. Cortei o queijo e o pepino e enrolei a fatia de peito de peru, dispus tudo por cima da fatia de pão, botei um pouquinho de wasaki, enrolei e cortei em 4 pedaços.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-STYLE: italic"&gt;Para fixar o gergelim do lado de fora, usei outra camadinha fina de requeijão light e depois passei sobre os gergelins (misturei o branco e o preto). Olhando agora talvez eu devesse ter passado menos requeijão, para que parte dele não ficasse visível. Tempera-se fortemente esta massa com sal grosso e guarda-se em recipientes pequenos e de boca larga. Tapam-se com um bocadinho de pano que se prende e ata e se empurra para dentro de modo a formar cova. Enche-se esta cova com sal grosso e viram-se para cima as pontinhas do pano para tapar o sal. Esta massa também se faz cozendo as malaguetas antes de as abrir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A massa de malagueta, é usada em todas as ilhas, em especial na de S. Miguel, onde até a comem com simples batatas cozidas. Junta-se cebola e salsa picada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc9933;"&gt;Põe-se uma sertã ao lume, anti-aderente, cobre-se o fundo com azeite, deita-se uma colher grande de sopa de polme e com uma espátula alarga-se a massa.Quando começa a prender, coloca-se bacalhau e com a ajuda de dois garfos enrola-se. Junte o ovo batido e envolva tudo rapidamente sem amassar.Tape a massa e deixe-a descansar durante 30 minutos, pelo menos (se estiver calor guarde no frigorífico). &lt;br /&gt;Estenda a massa com a ajuda do rolo e de farinha. &lt;br /&gt;Com a forma de tarte sobre a massa e uma faca bem afiada corte um circulo com mais 3 cm que a forma. Coloque a massa na forma de modo a cobrir o fundo e as paredes. &lt;br /&gt;Pique o fundo com um garfo e ponha por cima um quadrado de folha de alumínio. &lt;br /&gt;Encha com feijão seco e leve a cozer em forno médio (175º) durante cerca de 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação do recheio:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare um creme de pasteleiro com os ovos, o açúcar, a farinha, a margarina, o sumo e raspa de limão. Quando a massa se apresentar bem fofinha e homogénea, dissolva-a com o leite fervido com uma vagem de baunilha. &lt;br /&gt;Deite este creme na caixa de tarte. /&gt;HUMMMM&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Massa Doce para Panquecas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;125 grs de farinha c/fermento&lt;br /&gt;2 dl de leite ou água&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;5 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 colher de chá de raspas de laranja ou limão&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de margarina ou manteiga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;Peneire a farinha e uma pitada de sal para uma taça. Faça uma cova no meio e deite nela os ovos, o açúcar e a raspa da casca da laranja ou limão e, bata muito bem. Depois de batido junte o leite ou a água e a manteiga derretida e bata mais um pouco com a colher de pau até obter uma massa com uma consistência aveludada. Deixe a massa descansar durante +/- 15 minutos. Unte uma frigideira antiaderente com manteiga e leve ao lume a aquecer mas não demasiado. Deite 1/2 concha de massa na frigideira sacuda a frigideira para que se espalhe por igual. Deixe dourar, vire a panqueca, e deixe dourar do outro lado e retire da frigideira. Recomece até cozer a totalidade da massa. Pode servi-las polvilhadas com açúcar em pó e &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#996633;"&gt;canela&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; ou recheá-las com doce de fruta, mel ou com creme pasteleiro, chocolate quente, etc...&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Se gostar de  panquecas salgadas é só retirar o açúcar da receita e, proceder do mesmo modo. &lt;br /&gt;sumo de uma laranja &lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de pó royal &lt;br /&gt;Preparação&lt;br /&gt;Bate-se a manteiga com o açúcar até ficar em creme esbranquiçado, junta-se o sumo aos poucos (se parecer talhado continue) depois junte a farinha misturada com o fermento e por fim as claras em castelo.&lt;br /&gt;Deite numa forma redonda untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha. vai ao forno pré aquecido a180 graus por + ou -40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para a calda &lt;br /&gt;•250 grs de açúcar &lt;br /&gt;•6 gemas &lt;br /&gt;•raspa de laranja &lt;br /&gt;•1 dl Junta-se os cogumelos e depois duas colheres de sopa de molho de soja e um pedaço (um poco menos que uma noz) de gengibre raspado. Acrescenta-se os rebentos de soja e deixa-se cozinhar 5 minutos. Junta-se então o tomate e o pimento cortados aos cubos. Quando estiver no ponto salpica-se com a salsa picada. À parte coze-se a massa e, depois de escorrida mistura-se na WOK, envolvendo-a com o prepardo anterior. EU ADORO PIMENTOS PADRÓN!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Então é assim....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 embalagem de Pimentos padrón&lt;br /&gt;azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;sal grosso&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação (atenção porque esta parte é complexa!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lava-se os pimentos e furam-se com um garfo. Depois põem-se juntamente com o azeite numa sertã de fundo largo.&lt;br /&gt;O lume deve estar médio/alto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando os pimentos começarem a ficar moles prova-se um... se fôr picante beber um copo de água! Dissolva o fermento num pouco de leite morno e junte alguma farinha. Faça uma bola bem húmida e deixe levedar 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Amasse a restante farinha com o açúcar, o leite e os ovos e junte a bola de fermento.&lt;br /&gt;Bata bem. Acrescente a manteiga, o sal e as especiarias. Bata até a massa se soltar da tigela. margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2989/784/320/42-15200347.0.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A pedido de algumas fadinhas lindas, venho aqui revelar o segredo do arroz soltinho!&lt;br /&gt;Claro que há muitas maneiras de conseguir, mas esta é a que eu sei!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 copo de arroz&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola pequena&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;1 caldo Knorr de galinha ou sal qb&lt;br /&gt;1 copo e meio de água&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1- Ligar a placa no máximo. Põr um tacho de fundo largo em cima..LOL (isto vai promenorizado para não haver erros nem responsabilidades!)&lt;br /&gt;2- Pôr o azeite dentro do tacho e picar a cebola pequenina lá para dentro. Deixar refogar bem, mas com cuidado para não queimar!&lt;br /&gt;3- Juntar o arroz e mexer tudo durante algum tempo, até o arroz começar a ficar um bocadinho branco do contacto com o fundo do tacho quente! Também não é muito tempo!&lt;br /&gt;4- Juntar a água com o caldo Knorr já dissolvido, ou então com o sal.&lt;br /&gt;Mecher tudo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Põr a tampa e mudar a temperatura da placa para o mínimo ( na minha que tem escala de 0 a 9, eu ponho no 3.5)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Passados 10 minutos espreitar! LOL&lt;br /&gt;Se estiver sem água desligar a placa, mecher o arroz (sim, mecher!) e deixar no tacho fechado durante mais um bocadinho. Se tiver àgua, abrir o tacho e mecher também um bocadinho. Não deixar mais de 5 min!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;O truque é não deixar que o arroz coza demasiado!&lt;br /&gt;Mesmo que ele pareça cru o melhor é tirar do tacho porque ele acaba de cozer com o calor que já acumulou!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bem, depois disto tira-se o arroz do tacho e põe-se no recipiente onde fôr para servir.&lt;br /&gt;Bom apetite!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S.: Esta é uma versão bastante simples... como sabem podem misturar todo o tipo de ingredientes! Bata os bifes, com o martelo de carne, de modo a que fiquem bem espalmados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Tempere com sal e pimenta e sobreponha, a cada um deles, uma fatia de fiambre e uma folhinha de manjericão. Dobre e prenda com palitos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Leve uma frigideira ao lume, com a manteiga e o óleo, e core os bifes. Retire e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. À mesma gordura, misture os cogumelos. Salteie e tempere com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Escorra um pouco de gordura e regue com o vinho, deixando que este evapore um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Envolva então as natas e deixe engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.
